The last couple of years there has always seemed to be something going on in my life that would cause me to wake up at 3 in the morning worrying and fretting over what to do, what was going to happen, how I was going to fix something etc.etc.
Now for the first time in a very long time all the cosmic fields are level, karma is good, the goddess is pleased with me and I have no worries!!!
But my body ie: internal alarm clock, hasn't gotten the message. So I still wake up and lie there searching all the cracks and crevices of my mind looking for something, anything to worry about.
Please please give me advice and tips on making this stop!

Re: How Do I Stop Worrying?
Fri, April 25, 2008 - 5:11 PMIt's important to remember there is nothing in this universe that can be helped by worrying
but FAR more important to forgive yourself for sliding back into it! Forgiveness breaks the cycle!
Love~

Re: How Do I Stop Worrying?
Mon, April 28, 2008 - 7:57 AMI don't know, this is just a thought, instead of trying to fix yourself why not do something really fun during those hours of the morning. I have often meditated. It's one of the best times because there's so much stillness. You could have a bubble bath, watch a romantic comedy, paint, read, put your headphones on a dance in the moonlight.
Maybe it's not a problem, maybe it's just an opportunity to reset your energetic space at the vibration of joy or love or amusement or whatever you want.
